Our office is located in Sydney, Australia: however we ship worldwide with Australia Post. We post orders everyday: if your order is placed before 1.00 pm (Sydney time) it will leave our warehouse the same day, otherwise it will leave the next day.

For orders within New Zealand & Pacific Islands: we offer a flat FREE rate on Regular Mail: as you know, Australia Post is ultra fast so you should receive your order in 1-6 business days depending on your location.
